Led an Audit project for the electronic files of ASEA which were neglected over the years. Duplicate, redundant, and outdated copies existed in several locations, and were stored in many different files and formats. I developed & implemented an electronic record and document management system that ensured that every document or file was properly designed, formatted, communicated, secured, stored, and archived. Ensured the organization’s records were retained & available for use.
