Led an Audit project for the electronic files of ASEA which were neglected over the years. Duplicate, redundant, and outdated copies existed in several locations, and were stored in many different files and formats. I developed & implemented an electronic record and document management system that ensured that every document or file was properly designed, formatted, communicated, secured, stored, and archived. Ensured the organization’s records were retained & available for use.
Build ASEA’s succession plans & designed new set of job descriptions for all employees that merge duties, for a more team driven approach.
Took on a leading role in digitalizing WEST files. Conceptualized and designed a system for an easy and smooth transition of information and data from paper to paperless. Manage and review the information system, and help to improve the Organization's Data Management System. Formulated management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data. Devised and implemented efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects. Audit the database for compliance, accuracy, and quality of data collected.
